Wharf Youth Theatre

With your The Wharf Theatre here in Devizes has survived these recent tricky times. They are are now not only delighted to be opening again with a full season of productions, but are also able to announce that the launch of their very own dedicated Youth Theatre.

The Junior Actors Company will be led by Lucia Pupilli for school years 6-9 and the Senior Actors Company will be led by Lou Cox for school years 10-13. There will also be two standalone summer schools for each age group.

Tuesdays Men's Shed

Men's Shed runs every Tuesday from 10 'til 1. It's open to men and women at Needham House in Victoria Road, Devizes, and it's a chance for you to work on community projects, or one of your own.

Wednesdays Devizes Children’s Choir

On Wednesdays from 4.30 to 5.30pm the Devizes Children’s Choir takes place at the Baptist Church Hall Sheep Street. This is a children’s community choir for children from Year 1 upwards. They have been running for just under a year and their aim is to sing for fun and to go out and about in the community. The team sings at local events in the community, and at places like care homes. There are currently 24 children but would like to increase their numbers into their second year. For more information or to get involved call Heather Flower on 01380 722013.

Thursdays Salsa

The Devizes Salsa Classes on a Thursday Night have moved! They are now at Needham House in Victoria Road, so pop along for the best Salsa fun in town, 7.30pm on Thursday evenings.

Saturdays Slimming World

Every Saturday at 9am and 11am, pop along to Slimming World at the Nursteed Centre. Lose weight and feel great. Join the gang and make new friends whilst receiving some great support to help you lose weight.

Every Saturday Karaoke Disco Party

Come along to The Pelican Inn's Karaoke Disco Party, every Saturday from 8pm to 1am. Entry is free, and all ages are sure to enjoy!

First Saturday Each Month Wiltshire Farmers Market

On the first Saturday of the month it's the Wiltshire Farmers Market. It takes place in the Market Square, Devizes from 9am 'til 1pm with local artisan food, crafts and top quality goods available to purchase directly from the producers.








24-25 Jul Teddy Bear Trail

Starting at St Nicholas School, Bromham on the 24th and 25th of July it's their Teddy Bear Trail, running from 10 'til 5pm as part of the Bromham Carnival.


Sat 14 Aug Chirton Concerts

Chirton Concerts are back for 2021, with a traditional jazz concert on Saturday the 14th of August with the Tekanna Quartet.

Tekanna is a brilliant young jazz quartet, an ener-getic fusion of youth and experience, who delight in exploring the rich repertoire of jazz standards as well as developing their own music. Their programme begins with the swing of Gershwin, visits Latin America, includes a Thelonius Monk classic and even pays tribute to the Beatles.

Music not to be missed, perfect for a summer evening!


Sun 5 Sep Concert At The Kings

The Legendary Concert At The Kings is back for 2021 at The King's Arms in All Cannings, Sunday the 5th of September. Rock Against Cancer with the Spike All Star Band. Artists already announced include Tony Hadley, Midge Ure and Madeline Bell - more to be announced! Tickets are now available, get online for more information.

Sat 11 Sep Stert Car Boot

The Stert Car Boot Sale is back on Saturday the 11th of September, raising funds for Cancer Research UK. Buyers from 7.30 at Manor Farm, Stert, SN10 3JD, off the A342. All pitches must be pre-booked and pre-paid - details at

Fri 17 Sep Comedy @ The Corn Exchange

18-19 Sep Scarecrow Trail

The Dauntsey Academy Primary School are excited to announce the DAPS third annual Scarecrow Trail on the 18th and 19th of September. More details to follow - save the date!


Sat 16 Oct Asa Murphy

The UK's number one Swing Singer and friend of Devizes returns to The Corn Exchange with his fantastic Swing Band on Saturday the 16th of October. Set to be a fantastic night of entertainment, featuring special guests Lennie Anderson and Sandy Collins, tickets are on sale at Devizes Books.
